Welcome to our beautiful home, nestled in a neighborhood that offers both tranquility and convenience. Situated just steps away from the subway, our location provides easy access to downtown Toronto and the airport.  
  
Additionally, you'll find grocery stores, pubs, restaurants, and parks within walking distance, ensuring that you're never short of entertainment.  
  
\*2 minutes walk to bus stop and 7 minutes walk to Islington subway station  
  
Neighbourhood  
There are numerous amenities near our house to enhance your stay. A short 7-minute walk will take you to Islington Station, where you can hop on the subway to reach downtown Toronto in approximately 25-35 minutes. Similarly, you can head west to Kipling Station and access Mississauga and the airport via buses. Conveniently located on Bloor St, you'll find grocery stores (Sobeys), pubs, restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, and pharmacies within easy reach. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, Costco, No Frills, Ikea, Sherway Gardens Mall, and Cineplex cinemas are all a short 5-7 minute drive away. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Toronto Lakeshore waterfront, High Park, Humber River trails, and Islington Golf Club. These natural attractions are easily accessible within a 5-15 minute drive or via subway and bus routes.  
  
Getting around  
If you prefer public transit, the place is 7 minutes walk to Islington station, which can get you to the heart of downtown in 20 minutes. There is also a bus stop, that is 2-minute walk from our place, that will take you straight to Islington station. Otherwise, a 17-minute car drive can get you to downtown Toronto.
