2 Bedroom 1 bath, family friendly bsmnt apt, accomodates up to 4 people, any additional will be charged.  
  
Full kitchen with appliances separate laundry, Water Softener for the Entire place which is great for Skin & Hair and free parking available (parking at own risk, pls make sure vehicle is locked and secure).  
  
Newly built, Fully furnished, clean and well maintained, Close to parks, gym, grocery, restaurants and walking distance from public transport - Mount Pleasant GO Station.  
The space  
Property centrally located, close to Go Train station, Bus stops, Close to Many Multi-cuisine restaurants, Indian and Canadian Groceries, Temples, many parks, Gym, Swimming pool, Recreation center.  
Great family friendly and kids neighbour wood.  
  
Property had water softener on all taps, which is excellent for great Hairs and Skin.  
Guest access  
Access the Unit from the sidewalk leading to the backyard.  
Other things to note  
This place has 24/7 water softener and purification system, get pure water in every tap.
