We had an issue with the bed that was resolved immediately. Viera kept us up to date and was extremely helpful and communicative in the process. Everything you need is super close. 15 minute walk to HHOF and Rogers Center. Security at the front entrance. Host was responsive. Great space located just steps from Toronto and everything it has to offer. Easy access to trains, streetcars, and buses all made for a convenient trip to the city. The biggest complaint is that the bed is a cheap old-style spring mattress. Terrible to sleep on and very uncomfortable with two average-sized people, you roll right to the middle. The pillows were great though! The kitchen lacked more than one normal-sized drinking glass, and plates / bowls were a hodge podge of randomness. One cabinet face is broken, and the dishwasher lacks a utensil basket, making cleaning some things tricky. The cabinets were well stocked with all the essential cooking items in the condo too! Kitchen appliances are newer and are neatly stored behind or in cabinets, giving the space a clean and modern feel. Even the stove fan tucks nicely away, making for a clean-looking space. Be aware that parking in the area is around $20, which seems to be average for Toronto. There were plenty of spots, and public transportation eliminated the need to use the car. The entry is quick and simple for the secured building. They were doing construction on the floor, which we only heard during the week. The hallway was being renovated and didn’t have carpet at the time of our stay, which was simply aesthetic.
