Not even a cork screw provided. Dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent. Walls and windows dirty throughout the unit. Only TV is in the bedroom so you need to be in bed to watch. No grab bar in the tub/shower making it very unsafe for people with shorter legs to get in/out. Balcony unusable due to the noise from the HVAC from building across the street plus no patio furniture. Thermostat set at 65F and no way to adjust it…we were cold. Building fire alarm was set off at 1:30am. False alarm but the elevators were disabled. We had to walk down 25 floors the next morning. We came back late hoping the elevators would be fixed. Hallelujah, one of the four was. Public transportation was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city without the need for a car. Overall, it's a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury.
