· Vila Kiros is located in the residential area of Mas Mora in Tordera, a few minutes by car from the towns of Blanes and Lloret de Mar. Very good location to discover the beaches of the Costa Brava.   
  
· The large outdoor area with garden has a private swimming pool (7m x 4m), barbecue and outdoor dining area for eating outdoors.   
  
· The interior of the 350m² dwelling has 6 bedrooms with capacity for up to 12 people: 5 double bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.   
  
Spacious and comfortable living and dining room with fireplace.   
  
· Large kitchen equipped with appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle...)   
  
3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and three with a shower.   
  
· Games room, ping-pong and gym.   
  
· Parking for 3 vehicles.   
  
· Free internet WiFi.   
  
Villa Kiros attempts to minimise environmental impact to the maximum and aims to reduce energy consumption by taking advantage of surrounding resources and promoting recycling. If you are concerned about the environment, look no further, this is your ideal holiday home.

The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months due to fire risk.   
  
· Very well communicated by road and motorway, 1 hour from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Girona.

Accommodation for families. No groups of young people are accepted.   
  
Registration:   
  
· The minimum age for booking and registering is 25 years old.   
  
· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal ID (DNI or passport) when checking in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late and early arrival:

· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation amount.   
  
The payment of the tourist tax is mandatory   
  
· Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.   
  
Cleaning:   
  
. The house must be correct upon leaving, the dishes cleaned and the rubbish deposited in the street containers before departure, otherwise a charge of €100 will be deducted from the deposit.   
  
IMPORTANT:   
  
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.   
  
\- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.   
  
Beach towels are not provided.   
  
Clause:   
  
· Loss of property keys: Price £100 per reservation to be paid at the time of delivery of the new set of keys.   
  
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and which must be opened by a locksmith: Price £200 to be paid on-site to the technician.   
  
Rules:   
  
· Clients commit to respecting the internal regulations of the property and, above all, to not making noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.   
  
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.   
  
· Animals not accepted.   
  
· Smoking is not permitted in this accommodation.
