We were going to ride the GSMR in Bryson City. A cabin with a creek was his only request. I’m so glad I found this gem of a place! It is not only a beautiful house inside and out but it had something for everyone in our family ( a creek for my husband, a basement with plenty of things to keep our 2 boys occupied and a peaceful setting for me to relax and unwind)! The creek and property were amazing. The finished basement was great for additional space. Well equipped with everything we needed. Beds, furniture, towels etc. were all very luxurious. The cabin is close to Nantahala lake and a beautiful stream going down Wayah road with lots of trout fishing and waterfalls. The AC and washing machine were not functioning while we stayed so you might want to verify they are fixed before you book. They were working on it and brought us extra towels to help alleviate the inconvenience. There is never a question of activities, however some don’t realize that you have to travel for the basics in this area. This cabin is in an absolutely fantastic location with a beautiful creek setting just off of Wayah road. The cabin meets all of the qualifications. After spending the day exploring the cabin accommodations make for the perfect evening grilling with a creek to explore and even fish, make sure to get the fire pit going for s’mores for dessert! We stayed for Christmas and they went above and beyond and got us a tree decorated and all. This cabin is amazing and so roomy! Everything was perfect. Communication was spot on. We so enjoyed our week at this cabin! My teenagers loved the hammocks, and had a great time catching trout in the stream! The wood burning fire place was one of my favorites!! The cabin is very clean both inside and out! The grounds were very well maintain! A little piece of heaven on earth! ##### Andrea W.
