We had a great stay at Villa Beachside. Such a relaxing place to stay with direct access to the beach and a large games room under the house. Secure fencing for our dog so she could be included on our holiday. The house was clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We will be back!

We have been staying on Kingfisher Parade once a year for over a decade. This is the best house to stay in - hands down. The location is brilliant and it seems the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay both enjoyable and relaxing. Brilliant!

This is one of the best Holiday rentals we have ever stayed at. It is designed for a comfortable stay, with great facilities. The beach is like your own personal beach. Well worth the money.

Property was very clean and tidy with fantastic amenities. Great location, back door to beach in less than 60 seconds but well protected thanks to the bushland. Great communication from host. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a nice quiet beach town. Great for small pets with thoughtful inclusions like water bowls and designated Pet towels.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa Beachside. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and welcoming. Great location with just a few steps to the beach from the backyard. Our dog loved the long walks along the beach and met dozens of new friends.

#### Lovely villa at the beach
We loved the three-bedroom villa at the beach. The home has a beautiful deck at the back overlooking the back yard and wooded area. There is a pathway strait out to the beach. Plenty of recreational equipment is available for use. There are plenty of games for families.

This property had everything we needed & more. The location is perfect, close to the water but very private. The weather was not the best during our stay, but we made the most of the downstairs games area. Communication with the host was easy & lovely. We would love to return one day.

A place that has everything you’ll need for a relaxed stay. From super-comfy beds to a well equipped kitchen and fantastic location, this is a place that you will love from the moment you drive in. Walk straight out the back of the property through beachside bushland, and walk straight into the water of Toogoom estuary. Amenities? All you could ask for - kayaks, bikes, paddle board, table tennis, foosball, arcade games, darts… a truly comfortable beachside property that will host your little animal buddies - we’ll be back again for sure.

Hosts, Mark and Karin have put much thought into the needs of guests by providing everything needed plus more for a relaxing, comfortable stay with quality appliances and cookware in a beautifully decorated, very clean home. The kids were well entertained with the array of games available to them and even kayaks and bikes. The furry kids were also well catered for with the fenced yard and plenty of space for them to run. Lots of fun was had and the small things that were provided were much appreciated ie, mozzie spray, coils, kitchen essentials..thank you!! We shall come again, thank you for having us!

#### Relaxed Hideaway
Toogoom itself is a little hidden gem and then we have the villa. What can I say!! Everything you need for a perfect family holiday. You really don't need to bring anything but yourselves and food. We loved the beachy retro vibe of the villa too. You can do nothing but read, which I did, or be like the rest of my family and use all the recreational equipment supplied. The beach was so close just a quick stroll through the nature reserve. Our fur baby loved running on the beach at low tide and having a little growl at the kangaroos and bush turkeys every day. Mark was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back for sure. We loved our stay here

#### Relaxing stay at Toogoom
Villa Beachside is a lovely location in Toogoom right next to the tidal Beelbi Creek. One reason we chose this house was the bikes and kayaks that were available. And the kayaks definitely came in handy to explore the creek. There is an interesting assortment of novelty bikes, unfortunately none were suitable for practical use to explore the area to any distance. The listing on stayz mentioned a gym and hot tub. There was no hot tub and the gym equipment was just a chin-up bar frame. The house is as pictured, and the beds comfortable with good quality linen and towels provided. But the house has the feel of being renovated by a home handyman. The second bathroom is in the laundry downstairs and is very basic with no internal lining on the walls and not something we chose to utilise. The hosts were great, very responsive to any queries we had and it was a relaxing stay at Villa Beachside.

#### Seriously the Best
What an absolute gem of a property in the best location you could possibly get in Toogoom. Everything is exactly how it is described in the ad, the property is flawlessly clean and maintained and you have everything you could possibly need. I grew up going to Toogoom and I thought my grandparents house had the best beach access and location…but I was wrong: Mark & Karin’s is the best of the best. We’ll be dreaming of the effortless stroll down the beach until our next trip. Super grateful that it is pet friendly. Toogoom is such a wonderland for dogs and the off leash afternoons are super social for your pup if you want (or if you want the opposite you have kilometres of beach to yourself some days too). Compared to anywhere we’ve ever stayed this house is super generous with sharing their possessions: think kayaks/stand up paddle board/bikes & games. Also every streaming program you can think of too for those lazy nights. We had so much fun. I obviously can’t speak highly enough of this place - 5 star in every way. We will be back.
