Barling’s Beach and Tomakin Cove are an 8 minute walk and are two of the most beautiful beaches on the Sapphire Coast. Take a walk to Melvillve Lookout on the headland between the two beaches to get a bird's-eye view of the stunning scenery. Getting Around: Tomakin is a 4 hour drive from Sydney, 2.5 hours from Wollongong and 2 hours from Canberra. Moruya is the closest airport and is a scenic 20 minute drive south of Bateman’s Bay. Public transport in the Bay is limited. It is easiest to walk or bike ride locally and drive to nearby beaches. Our overall stay was very enjoyable. Comfortable setees and kitchen chairs, lovely comfy chair in main bedroom, strong shower facilities, kitchen had everything. The main bed was good, the other two beds you might want to think about replacing eventually. Samsung TV was great. Outdoor area very pleasant. Fans were functional. Air con/heating didnt seem to work but maybe that was our oversight. No information booklet inside property which can be useful. Some cobwebs on windows inside property. ##### George R. The house was nice however it is in need of a deep clean, overall it was fine (Beds are clean and fresh, bathrooms nice and fresh etc) however the couch and rug in the living room are rather stained and grubby, and the rattan coffee table had some exposed nails which is something to be aware of with little kids, however there was everything we needed and great that its dog friendly too. we would definitely look at staying here again! ##### Jack S.
