The house is immaculate and has everything we could ever need for our weekend stay. Alex is always available in the event we need something or can't find it in the house, even stopping over to refill the toilet paper, which you need with six women in a house! You also can't beat the location. You are walking distance to a gas station and a liquor store, while still feeling like you are secluded and private. From the hot tub to the price tag for all of us to stay in one place versus having to have multiple hotel rooms, you just can't beat it. I just wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the new front deck with our coffee! We can't wait to come back next year and see what more Alex has done to the place! ##### Ronda F. It was close to everything we needed and the house itself wasn't missing a single thing. In fact it had things that we haven't seen at other houses we have stayed at. The property was clean and all the instructions were clear without any questions. Had there been any though, I know Alex would have answered them or taken care of any issues immediately. We had first time VRBO people with and they are already looking forward to their next stay! This is a 10 out of 10....in fact, I would give it more if the scale went higher! ##### Ronda F.
