Fire pit outside was a nice place to sit and chat. Will definitely stay again. The only thing is that the lotion and conditioner bottles in the room were empty. (335 reviews) I asked at check-in if we would be given fresh towels each day and that did not happen. I had to call and ask after nobody freshened our room. The shower experience was also miserable. We somehow ended up in a wheelchair access room and the shower water went all over the floor getting our shoes soaked. The water drizzled out of the shower faucet and continually got very hot then very cold.
