Guests trusting ABOVE for their luxury travel learn that the unexpected, is our standard. Most within our collection of estates are our homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties. Our luxury properties immerse guests in the finest of amenities and finishes, while giving visitors the true sense of living like a local.  
  
Casa Serravalle is a modern and beautiful property in private subdivision with all the comforts and luxuries necessary for a true vacation in Valle de Bravo.  
  
With an excellent location in the town, behind the house is located the center of Valle de Bravo, so you can enjoy a quiet walk to know the streets of this beautiful magical town and in front a spectacular view of the lake where the sunsets are enjoyed in their maximum splendor, consists of 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms, heating and air conditioning in each,  
  
The ground floor main room boasts incredible lake views with a fireplace, dining room for 8 people with direct access to terrace with heated pool and jacuzzi and garden. The modern equipped kitchen (staff use only) has a bar to serve and access the covered terrace with grill and dining area under the covered covered terrace. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, spacious and beautiful bathroom, and spectacular views of the lake. The bedroom has direct access to the garden. On the second floor, lis a second primary bedroom with a king size bed, large bathroom with closet and balcony with beautiful view of the lake, The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, bathroom with great lake views, The fourth bedroom has 2 queen size beds and 1 twin bed, closet and bathroom, Covered parking for 2 cars and space for 2 more uncovered. Enjoy the unparalleled view of the lake and the proximity of the center of town.

• BEDROOM 1. Bedroom king size, spacious and beautiful bathroom with closet, spectacular view of the lake and direct access to the garden.  
  
• BEDROOM 2 Bedroom king size, large bathroom with closet and balcony with beautiful view of the lake.  
  
• BEDROOM 3 2 twin beds, bathroom with closet and lake view.  
  
• BEDROOM 4. 2 queen beds and 1 single, closet and bathroom.  
  
This house is set for 8, but an accommodate up to 12 with portable luxury beds upon homeowner approval. We exclusively use luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds that we top with foam toppers and our standard luxury bedding.  
  
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.  
  
SERVICES INCLUDED  
• Orientation tour of the property.  
• Waiter.  
• Cleaning service.  
• Cooking service for breakfast and lunch (food cost extra)  
  
COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.
