Apartamento cerca del centro de Toluca y del pueblo mágico de Metepec. ubicado en la colonia Américas la cual considero que es una zona tranquila muy cerca de muchos puntos atractivos de la ciudad. el espacio es de aproximadamente 40 metros cuadrados totalmente independiente y con todos los servicios.  
Lugares cercanos en auto.  
Los Portales 10 minutos  
Galerías Toluca 5 minutos  
Estadio Nemesio Diez 10 minutos  
Centro Cultural Mexiquense 15 minutos  
La catedral 10 minutos  
El Cosmovitral 10 minutos  
  
Lugares para visitar los cuales los mas alejados están a una distancia de hora y media.  
Calixtlahuaca, Metepec, Zacango, Teotenango, Ixtapan de la Sal, Nevado de Toluca, La Marquesa, Templo del señor de Chalma, Valle de Bravo, El Oro etc.  
  
Los huéspedes tienen acceso a todos los espacios del apartamento.  
  
El estacionamiento fuera de las instalaciones esta cerca del apartamento y en este se podrá guardar el auto por las noches con un horario de entrada máximo a las 23:00 hrs. y de salida a las 08:00 y este ya no tiene ningún costo adicional para el huésped.  
  
La Colonia Américas esta a menos de dos km del centro de Toluca y en esta misma te encontraras con (centro comercial, oxxos, tiendas, comidas corridas, hamburguesas, tacos, antojitos mexicanos etc.)  
  
En esta zona es muy fácil moverse en transporte publico (camión, taxi o uber)  
  
Para los huéspedes que traen automóvil:  
En el día lo pueden dejar sin problema frente al apartamento.  
Y por la noche se resguarda en una pensión que está a una cuadra del apartamento y está no tiene costo adicional.
