We felt money could be saved by having thicker towels,because the current ones required washing daily. The bed/ living room space excellent.Beds very comfortable. It was so bad that I even considered forfeit my money to and move to another one. This hotel has a number of serious issues. I would recommend you to STAY AWAY and avoid this hotel. Here are the list of issues: 1\. Not cleaned properly. Upon entering the room, we noticed some dust and tiny debris on the wooden cabin next to window where people can sit. When I went to bathroom, I noticed there’s sticky glue like thing on the toilet’s seat. There are even hair in the refrigerator, not to mention other small problems which I chose to overlook, such as dirty window, stained carpet and dusty corners. 2\. Terrible attitudes from the hotel manager. After noticing these issues, I went downstairs to tell the manager and ask for a mop cloth, but immediately, the hotel manager became overly defensive and claimed I was the one with problem. The hotel manager is a male Japanese that speaks English. He basically told me “so what do you want???” and that I have too high of a standard. He also questioned whether I am a professional cleaner or not, and ask if I have problem with every hotels that I stayed in. He definitely wanted to start a fight with me and keep denying any responsibilities. 3\. Loud construction tremor from 8am – 6pm. The building next to the hotel is demolishing, so there are non-stop noise starting as early as 8am in the morning.
