Hôtel très agréable sauf pour la nuit. Les gens parlent, rient et crient dans les couloirs jusqu'à plus de minuit. Boules quies nécessaires.

Deuxième fois que l'on y va, premier voyage de 2 semaines et celui-ci pour 3 semaines. Toujours impeccable, très bien placé (10 minutes à pieds de la gare de Shinjuku. La chambre est propre, le lit confortable, juste un point négatif pour les coussins qui sont très gros et qui ne conviennent pas aux personnes dormant sur le ventre. Le personnel est très accueillant que ce soit à l'accueil où au restaurant. Bref, on y retournera !

Japanese hospitality at its best
Stayed here because the location is close to the Tokyo Marathon starting point, and was very pleasently surprised. The room was clean and spacious, with a decent-sized bathroom (for Japanese standards) including a bathtub. The whole place was decorated for the marathon, which was a nice touch, and the service was fast and efficient even when the hotel was fully booked. The bakery on the ground floor is deservedly popular both with guests and among the locals, and the restaurant on the 1st floor served some very good pasta. Overall we were very comfortable and I would stay here again even without being constrained to hotels in the Shinjuku area.

I liked their system of keyless entry. You aren’t given a key, only a code to enter on the door. The room is pretty tight with two beds but there is a small table and stool and 3 of us were able to play cards at the end of the beds. The hotel has two restaurants, one Spanish / Mexican on the 1st floor and one Italian on the second, both were good but a little expensive. The hotel is far from a train station but there is a bus route close.

The hotel was conveniently located across the street from a park which made it a quiet area to stay in Shinjuku but still close enough train stations and food and other attractions. They had a great breakfast and lobby area. The room was clean and standard size for Tokyo. Would recommend staying in this hotel while in Tokyo!

Not a lot of restaurants open on weekend. Park is beautiful. The room we had was small and not a lot of amenities, but it was clean. Not the worst place you could stay.

The hotel was not well situated for public transport. There was no headboard and the lighting knobs were right by our heads that my husband hit his head on the knobs. Somehow, there were mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom had a very high step to enter it. In lieu of a door card we received a code printed on a ticket which could be dangerous if lost as it included the name of the hotel, room number and code to unlock the door.

The location of the hotel was quiet but the rooms were not very sound proof. Guests were loud. The rooms were very small, not much room to hang clothes or move around. The washers worked well but the dryers were terrible. I had very light weight clothing and not much at all and it still didn’t dry after 60 minutes. The restaurants in the hotel were very good and the hotel staff was helpful with storing luggage.

An interesting hotel to stay in, with a very modern feel to the interior and clean modern rooms. The rooms are small, especially if you are used to larger western style room, but they are comfortable and have all the amenities you would expect. The location was the biggest downside, just far enough from any of the major transportation hubs that it meant a walk or bus to get anywhere. With so much to see and do in Shinjuku, the time spent getting to and from the hotel does add up. Super friendly staff who were incredibly helpful!

The breakfast, especially the bread, is not to be missed. The hotel staff are welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable. The one main drawback is the size of the rooms - would not recommend if you are staying for an extended trip (we stayed for just 2 nights, which was fine). Overall would recommend for short stays.

Loved staying here, it has a great mix of a good locations, a very fun modern aesthetic, super helpful English speaking staff and good amenities. (MORETHAN BAKERY was such a time saver.) The area around Shinjuku Central Park is lovely to stay in as it's not too far from anything in Tokyo (especially if you use busses) but is also in a nice low key area to give you a break from the chaos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Knot in Tokyo. The room is very small, as expected in Tokyo. We knew what to expect and managed without issue. We didn’t partake in the breakfast, choosing instead to eat at the bakery in the lobby of the building. It’s a wonderful bakery and there is lots of seating in the lobby. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and trains. Taxis are readily availability out front as well. We would happily recommend this hotel and stay here again if we return to Tokyo.

The bathrooms had a huge step into them which was quite dangerous. My wife and I are in our 70s and we both stumbled at times. Also the railing on the wall instead of a wardrobe was arkward to use. My wife had to use a chair for her CPAP machine as there was no bedside table, although the room pictured when we booked showed one. The bed was against one wall so I moved it out so I could get into bed without having to climb in instead of over the bed to get in and out of bed.. The location was good and would be happy to stay there again but would go to a larger room option.

Loved the location for our first stop in japan. Beautiful park across the street. 20 min walk to the nearest station. I suggest getting the breakfast atleast for your first morning, super impressed with the options given. Super tasty ! ! !
