Not only did they help me store my bags when I came earlier than check-in, they also helped me ship my luggage to my next hotel, and was extremely diligent and making sure that I knew how Hot Springs worked. The hot spring on site is really relaxing after a long day of touring. The amenities offered on site made my stay very enjoyable and comforting. The property is close to Akihabara station but far enough off the main drag to avoid the crowds. I would especially like to also give my sincere thanks to Oogi-san who assisted me with my check-in upon arriving. His English speaking skills helped make the check-in process go very smoothly, which was a real relief after a long day of traveling to Japan.
