You CANNOT get a better location than that. Everything is super accessible, including the Ikebukuro train station. The location was perfect for our itinerary (we went to Kamakura, Gotemba (Hakone), Yebisu, etc.). Also, the huge Famimart just on the ground floor was top-level convenient. Our flight arrived late in the evening and we were still able to get good food from the konbini. The hotel is clean and spacious enough for a family of 3 (one teen). My only teeny complaint is that the hotel did not provide abundant amenities compared to others (just basic toothbrush kit) that provided face masks, lotions, etc. but for the price we paid, it was okay. Located close to lots of shops and a quick walk to Ikebukuro station. Room was clean and large. Loved they provided comfy pjs, toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body scrubber (towel) and clean towels and slippers daily.
