We stayed on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The room has a smell and the washroom is very tight. The body wash was watered down and the owner was unresponsive. The owner only replied after we contacted Expedia on the 2nd day. They offered to refill the body wash for the last day but they never did. A bit of a walk. Bed was comfortable to sleep on, but bathroom was very small. There’s no person stationed for your check in, but you can email the personnel, they’re pretty responsive. The not so good parts were, despite being advertised as 4 beds there was only 2. The room was very small, the bathroom is like an airplane bathroom. We arrived jetlagged and asked about early check in and was advised that we would be charged additional for every hour, late check was stated that it was rarely approved. There is no well place to get rid of rubbish and no cleaning. Some of the quilts inside the cases were yellow.
