The room was very small. We were 2 adults and a toddler. Also we tough there was a restaurant for dinner but only lunch and breakfast/ prices were a little high compare to what we have paid in Japan. The employees are nice but a little cold.

Un hôtel pas du tout CITY au milieu de ... RIEN !
Tokyo Hotel ? Vous êtes sûr ? Mais où est Tokyo ? Car cet hôtel est situé au milieu de nulle part !! Il n'y a rien autour à part un restaurant indien !! D'autant qu'il est bruyant car il se trouve sur une 2 X 2 voies avec le train. En outre, il vous en coutera une jolie note de taxi car aucune station de métro vraiment proche et à l'écart de tous les quartiers à visiter. Oubliez le pass métro pour un jour ! La chambre est si petite que je suis obligé d'ouvrir ma valise dans le couloir et de la refermer de suite. Je ne comprends pas la note attribuée par Hotels. Le lit double n'est accessible que par la personne de gauche... Est-ce aussi une fake news ?

Merci beaucoup de rester avec nous et nous apprécions de partager vos commentaires. Les nouvelles stations plus proches que celles de Shinagawa et de Sengaku-ji commenceront les services l'année prochaine afin de faciliter l'accès à notre hôtel. Désolé de vous avoir mis mal à l'aise à cause de la pièce. Nous faisons des efforts constants pour résoudre le problème. Merci encore.

インバウンドの影響か外国人の方が多く、とても活気付いていた。何度か利用しているが、今回は初めて朝食を利用。内容も充実していて大変美味しく頂いた。特にパニーニは、自分でトーストでき、味も素晴らしかった。チェックイン、アウトの際もスタッフの方々の対応も良く、また次回も利用したい。

きれいな部屋で、交通面も便利でした。ドリンクのサービスがあり、てっきり朝の時間帯だと勘違いしてコーヒーを取りにレストランに入るなり、スタッフに"無料じゃないです！これは朝食の名残りですから！"と、こちらから何か聞く前に年配の男性の方にこんな対応をされ、とても不快でした。私なら"ドリンクバーをご利用でしょうか？あいにく夕方17時からなご利用となります。後ほどぜひご利用ください"と対応します。

Two things: location and the beds! They have probably the most comfy beds I’ve slept in out of the three other hotels we stayed at while in Japan. It was a nice way to end our trip. And they have a train station literally across the street, Takanawa Gateway. The biggest benefit is if you’re going to Shibuya, you get on before the busy Shinagawa station. There is a lot of construction in the area but that wasn’t an issue for us unless you’re looking for a good view of the city from your room. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning staff, props to them. The property was well kept and maintained. Appreciated how quiet the area was at nighttime as it was a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the other more touristy areas. Lawson and 7-11 were only a few minutes away. Food options were limited but if you like ramen there are a couple places within walking distance. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel. Perfectly clean. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Amazing staff. A few min walk from 2 different stations and a few mini marts. Yummy treats and beverages every evening included with stay. Would definitely stay here again.

周囲が再開発工事中なので、駅からの道は工事現場の横を通りますが、工事が終われば解決することでしょう。 部屋はきれいで、スタッフの対応も良かった。宿泊客対象の無料のラウンジがあり、サービスも良かった。 ただ、バスタオルの一枚に汚れが付着しており、その分がマイナス1点です、直ちに交換のタオルを持ってきてくれ、対応は良かった。朝食のご飯と味付け海苔がもう少し美味しいともっと嬉しい。洋食は美味しいかったので残念です。
