Absolutely love the convenience of this hotel. They offer so much, at a great location. The staff speak English and are super helpful and friendly. I have never stayed in Japan and was blown away that hotels such as this one offer everything you need such as: pajamas, face lotion, body lotion, razors, razor cream, hair ties, body scrubs, and face/body cleanser. The hotels coffee is delicious (try the americano!) I cannot speak highly enough of this location. Do yourself a favor and get the larger room, as happens hotels are known for being compact. It’s also a nice neighborhood too, quiet and peaceful at night. The staff are professional and friendly, they offer room cleaning for guests staying over 2 nights and free towel changes. Room has strong A/C so it’s a breeze in hot summer. Self check-in and check-out machine is easy to use and has English options.
