The hotel was super clean, cozy, and the staff was super helpful. The area is in the night life part of Shinjuku, however the hotel has its only little entrance patio, a side patio garden and even an observation deck on the roof. But to be honest it didn’t affect or bother me, it’s just a very busy areas and you will see many couples or people meeting at the hotel, which is common in these type of hotels. The hotel had great options, a free coffee, snack and drink bar in the lobby, helpful staff and my package had daily breakfast (make sure to order the night before). The breakfast was a bit inconsistent, but overall was appreciated. The hotel is very centrally located in Shinjuku, lots of nightlife, shopping, entertainments, Tran stations and food options all within walking distance. Though be aware, it’s the entertainment district, it can get load at night. Overall, I would return again if I was in this area, but it’s not exactly what I was looking for, but worked well. Rooms are a bit small, but large for Japanese size. From the entrance with a pink Xmas tree to their little sample bar of stuff to use for your room, snack bar and then the room itself! The snack bar has coffee, tea, juice, soda, wine and hot cocoa and a fondue with marshmellows. Conveniently located and walkable to just about everything. Bali An Glamping was SO CUTE! The lobby and rooms were decked out to look like a campground. It's in a very central location in Shinjuku. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast in our room - you have a choice of Western, Japanese, or Indonesian. We went with the latter and enjoyed it.
