Being from the USA, we felt the room size was great also compare to other hotels we considered. Stayed 7 nights with my family in Classical room in 2024 January. There are convenience stores(7-11, Family Mart), 24h super markets(成城石井Seijo Ishii), and restaurants(Wendy's, Ramen, Yakitori, etc.) nearby. Hence, you don't need to have the breakfast in the hotel's restaurant which is expensive. The hotel is close to Gaienmae(外苑前) station(Ginza Line), so it's very easy traveling around. The room is very clean and soundproofed.
