The hotel is in a great location, just 30 minutes from Haneda Airport. The area is quiet and perfect for a relaxed arrival in Tokyo. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I felt very comfortable!

Excellent place to stay. Train station Shinagawa Seaside across the street. Clean, quiet, safe and good places to eat nearby. Stayed 4 nights and would book again. Takes some understanding of train lines to locate. Once you learn your routes, all good and if you have internet connection it helps 💯

Awesome room and view

We had a beautiful corner unit on the 17th floor with two beds and two large windows looking out over the canal and city. The view was amazing at night.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and approachable. They were proficient in English so that was definitely a plus. The room itself looked slightly dated but still had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall it was a positive stay and I would come back.

One of the cleanest hotel we came across during our road trip. Good size room for three Staff ate really friendly, and best of all free beer on tap in the evening untill 8:00pm. :) Can't beat that. :)

Lovely hotel located across the subway station. Clean lobby and my room was clean spacious with a view of the street and the bay. I like the big box windows in the room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lobby is big and well lit. Staff are friendly and helpful. A+++

We enjoyed our stay at Hearton Hotel Higashishinagawa. The location was perfect, out of the way and not over crowded with tourist. Shinagawa Seaside Station right across the street and easy to access other popular areas. Nearby convenient stores and a few eateries. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. We appreciated their assistance in arranging luggage delivery to our next hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Train station is across the street. It’s about 30 minute train ride to Heneda airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is larger than average for Japan. We have three twin beds for our family of three. There’s a shopping complex across the street with many food options.

There are no convenience stores or restaurants near the hotel, I recommend buying something before checking in if you arrive late at night. During the day, there is a shopping mall nearby, but walking in the dark or in the rain can be quite inconvenient. It’s rare for a hotel in the city center to have no dining and cafes options nearby. However, the view of the harbor from the room was excellent.

Hotel opposite has airport shuttle to Haneda, or you can take one stop Rinkai Line to the Tennozu Isle station, and 2 mins walk to the mono rail station. It takes about 6 stops to Haneda Airport. Aeon mall is also on the opposite side, a medium size food court on the basement, a super market & a cafe/bar. Upper floors are the same as other aeon mall pattern. This is my 2nd time staying, for the ease to airport and close to Shinagawa, and also for good prices. The room quite lacks of space for handling clothes, but washroom is a bit bigger than some other similar hotels in Tokyo. The window is quite difficult to approach, it turns out you can't easily enjoy the beautiful view. It's quite a pity！
