The location was perfect, an easy walk to Ginza and Tokyo tower. There was a variety of dining options close by. The area has good transport close by. Would definitely stay here again. They had all the amenities in our room and everything was amazing. It was clean and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The hotel was nice ane comfortable. The room was slightly bigger than the other places I've stayed. The amenities were nice and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Good sized room and very convenient to train , monorail and subway. A couple of nice restaurants close by as well as konbini stores. Staff were very helpful and always polite. It was passable for one night but I would not recommend it for an extended stay. Our room was clean but typical Tokyo small size. The ventilation was bad as there is a central heating and cooling system and the hotel was changing from AC to heat. The amenities are limited. The best bakery we found in Tokyo is very close by so easy breakfast. The rooms are a little outdated but we have received the best hotel service here, the staff are very friendly and speak good English which makes it easier.
