It was perfect for us, anymore would have been very tight. We slept 2 in the loft, one in the main living area. The rooms we very new and clean. Slippers, umbrellas, glasses, bowls, utensils, cleaning products, vacuum, a large bottled water, paper towels, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, charging adapters, cables, and towels, were all included. The WiFi didn't work the first day. It's super small. I wouldn't have reviewed it at all, except the owner accused us of breaking a bed. The bed fell in on my son while he was sleeping, luckily he wasn't hurt. It was taped up to begin with. We were jet lagged and very busy so we didn't say anything when the bed broke. The bed was being used properly and had clearly already broke and been taped back together. He probably already charged someone else for the bed and then wanted us to pay for it as well. This was an expensive place and not worth the money especially when the owner charges you for his broken furniture. Don't stay here. Plenty of other options in Tokyo. ##### Tracy D.
