Our double room had a comfy bed and was decently sized for two adults plus 3 suitcases and daypacks. Bathroom was a little snug, but functional. The staff were always friendly and accommodating - our luggage was kept secure before and after check-in, and we were able to have luggage sent by courier beforehand. Buffet breakfast was okay, had a good selection of vegetable options but the protein of the day was a bit hit and miss. Location is great for public transport - you're right next to the B1 exit for Kiyosumi Shirakawa station, which gets you on the Oedo or Hanzomon lines. Coin laundry on the premises. Subway entrance right outside the hotel. They are compact and get the job done. It’s a good central location in Tokyo yet quiet and not noisy. It was right next to a subway station and so everywhere we wanted to go was easily accessed that way. Our view was amazing. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings was amazing. The staff was friendly.
