It is conveniently located near multiple subway lines. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The staff is super nice and hotel is pretty clean. The only drawback is that the rooms are really small (normal for Japan), and sometimes the water in the shower has inconsistent temperature (hot, then cold, then hot again. We just grab coffee and bun from the nearby Seven Eleven which taste good too. Their employees are all excellent in their job. The facility is clean. We just felt bad because I reserved a non smoking room but for whatever reason we got a room that allows smoking. Each guest is provided with a Japanese-style bathrobe and hotel slippers. Daily towel changes and room cleaning are available, with full replenishment of toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, hair tie, cotton swabs, shower loofah), and beds made daily. The service desk is open 24/7\.
