The service staff is very helpful and accommodating even if you experience a bit of a language barrier. Which if you do, google translate is your friend. Otherwise Id say the only real negative about this location is that the bathhouse amenities aren't as abundant as their shinjuku location. Other than that this place is worrh your time and money if you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. Many thanks to the female staff worker who went looking for my keychain on the 6th floor even after I had already checked out. The amenities for the price per night makes this hotel very affordable if you use everything available to you. Around 60-100 CAD a night depending on when. Literally beside Akihabara, shopping and sightseeing is super convenient. The hotel includes: A free drink bar, 5 free alcoholic drinks every night starting at 5pm with a large selection of liqour, Massage Chairs, Sauna, Hot Tub, Bathhouse, Coin-Op laundry, free toothbrushes and razors. My only complaint is that the capsules are quite stuffy and a little too warm to my liking but everything else was perfect.
