The staff was courteous and helpful. For the price, this was a nice stay and it was easy for us to get to and from Tokyo Disney resorts (using ride services). That being said, the room was the smallest we have stayed in (even in Japan) and our bed was situated in a way that made it challenging for two people to get in and out of. Consider paying more for a premium room. There was also a plenty of convenient stores and a Mc Donald’s close by to in just in case because the shops and local restaurants near by close pretty early. The staff were great and very friendly at check in and spoke great English. Our room was small as we expected but was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the AC was working very well but being able to open the window helped it. Fairly far from Disney and other places but if you don’t mind the train ride then it’s worth staying here.
