Orca View House: Stunning Inlet Views, In town

Orca View House provides a comfortable and relaxing retreat in an authentic West Coast Style setting. The vacation home is nestled amongst soaring cedars and features stunning views of the Tofino Inlet. A custom-built boardwalk will lead you to a platform deck overlooking the water. Relax on the deck with morning sunshine surrounded by nature. Enjoy watching Eagles soar above, Herons on the mudflats, and the occasional sight of whales and bears in the inlet. In the evenings, gather around the outdoor fire pit or dine alfresco on the balcony featuring outdoor patio dining furniture.

The living room and kitchen are an open concept, perfect for entertaining and visiting with close family and friends. Cooking is made easy with all the essentials and brand-new appliances. After a long day exploring, relax on the cozy sofas with a good book or connect to Apple or Netflix on the Smart TV.

You will undoubtedly sleep in comfort in this cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower & tub combo, and balcony doors to step right onto the patio for your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen bed situated beside a large window which provides a relaxing forest view and finally the third cozy bedroom has a double size bed. Just outside the bedrooms is a shared bathroom with a stand up shower.

The house is centrally located by the Multi-Use-Path for walking and biking between the village of Tofino and the nearby surf beaches. In addition, Orca View House is approximately a 6 min walk to Industrial Way, home to Tofino Brewery, Tofino Coffee, Summit Bakery, and more.

During peak summer season (July and August), 7 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

Pet friendly after owner approval. Please let us know about your pet with reservation request. $50 (plus tax) per dog. 2 dog max.

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Accidental Damage Protection: The occasional accident is bound to happen during your holiday. The ADP covers accidental damages of up to $1000, provided damages are reported to Tofino Vacation Rentals before your check-out in writing. The ADP is a mandatory fee of $10 per night that is included in your nightly rate.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy from September through June and a 60 day policy from July through August. If you provide us with the 30 or 60 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $73.50 non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

Great and tranquil place to stay
We spent 4 nights in the house in Tofino. The house itself was great besides the kitchen equipment and the cleanliness of the kitchen and some parts of the other furniture. The pots and pans were so used, grimy and stained we had to clean them before using them and still did not feel comfortable. Please replace them with a totaly new set. This does not reflect the price and the impression of the house itself: freshly painted inside (some paint stains were still visible on the floor :-)), well decorated etc. Regarding the cleanliness please ask the cleaning team to also clean on top of the cupboards and the backside of the handles for the drawers and doors of the kitchen cabinets; the were really sticky and gros to touch. We did not bring this up during our stay because we did not want spent valuable vacation time for this. Thanks and kind regards

Beautifull house but interior is tired
The house is beautiful, good location but noisy highway. Two chairs had broken caning on back rendering them useless for dining room furniture. Two of the beds were like 'bouncy castles' and not comfortable. Cheap beds. Teflon on frying pans was worn out. Low battery warning went off in kitchen at 12:15am! Our men retrieved the ladder from outside to dismantle the dector from the 12' ceiling. Battery was replaced next day. Low quality for price. Dated saggy furnature

We were a family of four-when we arrived I thought the house was excellent (even better than described)-clean, well equipped with great views. We found it very easily. They use local natural products in the house and leave some great recommendations which we took up. As we has been travelling we were thankful for an excellent laundry room. The lounge and kitchen were both well equipped and the outside seating were well used together with the BBQ. We visited the local ‘Fish shop’, Tofino beer company (which was buzzing) and the Tofino chocolate company plus the Tofino Grill. It would be easy to walk into town being only about 2.5k with an excellent walkway. Great coffee houses and shops-all very welcoming and relaxing. All the rooms were comfortable and the beds had very comfy mattresses. Tofino was the perfect end to the holiday for us and we would happily come back for longer as there is so much to do. Everyone was friendly and helpful-what more could you want 😃

Beautiful stay
Well equipped and beautifully located. The kitchen had everything we needed with lots of space for multiple cooks and a fabulous view. Short drive to Tofino but can also walk across the street for evening drinks at either the distillery or brewery. Short walk to the Tonquin Park trailhead or to the Shelter for dinner. Responsive management. Would definitely stay again.

A Slice of Paradise
The spacious property has a wonderful view of the ocean. A private walkway takes you to the beach where a couple of chairs welcome you to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. The inside of the property has vaulted ceilings with an open concept kitchen that has everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the washrooms were great. There is a big deck to sit out and enjoy a meal with the ocean in the distance.

We went for an extended weekend in January and the home had everything we needed. There is also a walking/biking path right next to it which we used to walk into downtown Tofino (about 15 minutes). We would stay again in Orca View House.

Great place!
Very nice place as advertised. Plenty of room for family, fire place in living room, stocked kitchen for cooking meals, great working bbq for steaks on a large deck. Bed and baths great, plus top quality soaps. And pet friendly which we really appreciated. I recommend this rental!

The property was fantastic. It was set in a beautiful location and the property itself was well equipped, very clean and was a really beautiful space. It was close to Tofino so we could walk into town with ease. Check in and out was super easy and the owner was super responsive to our inquiries. Had a wonderful stay, the place was clean and quiet and a great location to downtown. A little tricky to find the driveway the first time, but once you find it, it’s easy! Beds a little lumpy, but it’s island life, who needs to sleep. Lovely home, would totally stay again, thanks for everything!
