The country house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Eider town of Tönning in the small village of Groß-Olversum. In general, the optimal location of the country house is ideal for exploring the surrounding area by bike: flat marsh plain without mountains, in the harbor town of Tönning, just 3 km away, you will find all shopping facilities and supplies, sights and attractions like the Eidersperrwerk, a Nabu station Within half an hour and to the nearest bathing beach or Outdoor swimming pool with sea water is also not far (2-10 km).

The 80 square meter apartment has enough space for 2-5 or 6 people. With a compact system, satellite color TV, you can also find out about current events in the world during your vacation.

A ceramic hob with oven, toaster, coffee maker, egg and kettle, even the garlic press and hand mixer are available here. If the dirty dishes don't have to be washed off after eating, but can be put in the dishwasher, the whole family will be happy.
There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower / toilet and washing machine, as well as a connection room. On the upper floor you have a second bathroom with shower and toilet, equipped with a heated towel rail, washstand and sufficient storage space for your bathroom utensils. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor for resting (parents, children, singles). Here too, color-coordinated bed linen and curtains and wooden furniture, as well as the rich incidence of natural daylight, create a cozy sleeping atmosphere.

Beautiful stone floors in the living and wet areas as well as cozy wooden floorboards with washable bed rugs in the bedrooms offer the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday, especially for allergy sufferers. There are many ways to go by ship to the Halligen such as Hooge, Langeness or Gröde or to the islands like Amrum, Sylt, Pellworm or Föhr.
