The property is set in the heart of Las Tunas, adjacent to the Bocana Las Tunas which is home to a turtle hatchery, at the best location in town where you can marvel from the rooftop terrace at the whales breaching, wind your way down a sandy path through the dune-grass to stroll miles of pristine white sand beach, or take part in one of the daily sunset turtle-releases. The building has two levels, each consisting of a self-contained private apartment both of which has access to the spectacular, expansive 500 sq. foot roof-top terrace with fire pit, concrete pulido seating area and full wet-bar area with unobstructed 360 degree scenic vistas encompassing the la Pastora surf-break, the Sierra de las Lagunas mountains, Punta Lobos, and forever-views out into the vastness of the Pacific. The space Sea Side 1 is on the ground level and comprises a generous 788 sq. ft of interior space and two terraces totalling 340 sq. feet, each covered with a beautiful and functional slatted sunshade and each boasting expansive, unobstructed ocean-views Both the inside and outside spaces are beautifully decorated, featuring several pieces of handmade exotic-wood furniture. The space is new, clean, and stocked with everything you would need. The beautiful sliding glass doors gave us great views of the ocean and it was so nice to hear the waves.
