I had a great stay , Rhe welcome from then staff and then the spa staff and restaurant staff were fantastic and so helpful, thanks so much . The spa has lots to choose from and the gym although small had everything you need . The food was delicious and lots of it and the restaurant is clean and light . my room was in character with then hotel , tasteful and clean , it was warm but the weathers been very hot so what I expected.

Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. Entering the property we discovered a loudly beeping smoke alarm which we had to take down and remove the battery to stop the annoying sound. The property needs some maintenance, a broken cupboard door in the kitchen, the shower hose leaks. The shower is poor quality and has very low pressure and the cubicle is small for what is quite a spacious property. No lamp shade on the ceiling light in the main bedroom and no bedside lights. Poorly equipped with crockery and cutlery. The property has potential to be a very pleasant place to stay but clearly the management show little interest in maintaining it to a high standard. The pictures and description flatter to deceive. The overall attitude of the property management was unacceptable.

Clean room, kind staff, worth to stay...

Great place for a one night stay for wedding close by. Readonably priced, clean, comfortable. Breakfsst ok, bit basic.

Nice place but no good if you want a breakfast as they don’t serve it until 9 am otherwise a nice hotel.
