### Dante/Pino - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

This holiday house is part of an authentic “agriturismo” (country estate/farm) located in the village of Tocco da Casauria, in the Italian region of Abruzzo. One side of the estate is bordered by an ancient olive grove with the Maiella mountains in the background. On the other side, you’ll find the mountains of Gran Sasso. The estate, which produces its high-quality olive oil, is spread across an area of about 14 hectares. On the estate, there are two (wooden) chalets (situated far from each other) and two large apartments located within a restored mansion. The farm is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool and outdoor furniture. Additional facilities of the site include a tennis court, a table tennis table, and a bowling alley. You will also find a common barbecue, a large wooden gazebo, and a playground for children. The owner can organize (upon request) cultural, recreational, and educational courses for children and adults. These are designed to raise awareness of the local agriculture and provide knowledge of this rural area. Furthermore, your holiday is backed by the quality guarantee QA (Quality Agriturismo).  
  
This accommodation has an area of about 80m² and can accommodate 4 to 6 persons. The apartment is located on either the ground floor, first floor, or second floor. The kitchen is adjacent to a room where you will find a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, an Italian coffeemaker (mocha), and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed and a bunk bed. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and bidet. All accommodations are simply yet comfortably furnished and have central heating and a TV.

Your holiday home is set in a centuries-old olive grove between the majestic Maiella and Morrone mountains. This location offers access to incredible excursions, including to the Maiella National Park—home to over 60 peaks, many rising above 2,000 meters. The park is a place of legends, where nature, spirituality, and ancient traditions come together. Thanks to its unique position at the crossroads of multiple climates, it hosts over 2,000 plant species, some found nowhere else in Italy.  
  
On-site, you can request to rent bicycles, taste olive oil made right on the estate, or explore the local culinary and artisanal traditions. Just a short drive away, visit the village of Tocco da Casauria, where the famous herbal liqueur Centerbe is still produced. Don’t miss the region’s celebrated wine, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, which you can enjoy at local festivals and wine fairs throughout the year.
