« Cute, updated, little condo. With decent beds and plenty of everything you may need for the beach. Stephanie was quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. Very close to the beach. Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should. »

We caught many different fish right from the dock and enjoyed the proximity to downtown. The apartment is clean, well stocked, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. « This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

« There was hair on the king size comforter and on the sheets. So needless to say could not sleep on that bed and a huge clump of hair that looked like someone cleaned out of their brush on the floor. And stuff all over the front of the refrigerator. Other than that it was a nice place with a great location!!! The beach access was great. »

« Great stay as we were going to board a cruise ship. Location is very close to coco beach, and all the great necessities were close by. Decently clean, and accurate to the listing. Both bedrooms were nice, with decent bedding. Great for two couples or a small family. »

« The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »

« This was a great place. Exceptionally clean quiet friendly. The pool was amazing the communication with company was fast and friendly and helpful. Watched a rocket launch right off the balcony. Very close to space center. The amenities provided by the owners were perfect. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels everything was perfectly thought out. « L'endroit est très bien placé, le logement assez grand et pratique (cuisine complète), l'accueil gentil, chaleureux et généreux (serviettes de plage, café, shampoing, prêt de planches de surf, etc.). Le cadre est vraiment très beau, et l'accès direct à la plage très appréciable. A savoir pour ceux qui comme moi voyagent uniquement avec bagages à main : il n'y a pas de lave-linge sur place (laverie à quelques kilomètres). Sinon tout est parfait ! »
