Staff at the property were fantastic. Room was nice and clean daily. Breakfast buffet was nice and even opened it early as we were leaving early. Really recommend this property and will definitely return again.

Great hotel, located near top attractions in Tirana. Very clean and very corteous staff. Mr.Jack at the reception was very polite and very detailed for any questions/concerns, he would go above and beyond making sure you feeI welcomed. I enjoyed the balcony and the coziness the place offers. Different restaurants/bars to choose from nearby.

The best place ever I was treated like a king

When I checked in Ermal the night shift receptionist made my check-in very easy he carried my bags upstairs, the hotel is very close to the city center just 10 minutes by taxi and the neighbourhood is very safe the rooms were very clean everything is fresh with good pressure shower and hot water. Breakfast buffet from 7:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. and there were Eggs and Sausage which is what I want for breakfast. The daytime manager Jack is the most welcoming person I have ever had in any Hotel he made me love Tirana so much that I will keep come back to this City because of this gentleman and this hotel I needed a laundry and he just did it to me free of charge and I needed dry cleaning service he sent out my clothes to an Express dry cleaning without making any profit of me plus he gave me any formation I wanted about the city but not only that he gave me so much advice about my travel in the Balkan region. The cleaning ladies Maria and Janet were always around if I need anything to get cleaned up the bed was very comfortable and there was huge balcony to sit outside and there is a pool too but unfortunately it's but the best part I was always asked if I need anything. Thank you so much Jack, Ermal, the cleaning ladies and all the staff you made my stay super Pleasant and I wish I can leave you 10 stars not 5

Nice place

Lovely small family feel hotel, very friendly staff. Not sure why there is a kettle on the room as there's no cups or anything else. Close to a lot of restaurants and the lake.

Camera pulita, bagno spazioso. Molto comodo il balcone. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. La posizione è molto comoda, in una zona servita da molti locali, ristoranti e bar, a pochi minuti da un bellisdimo parco e dal quartiere Bloku. L'unica cosa da migliorare è la varietà della colazione all'italiana

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich freundlich und können bei allen Fragen auf Englisch unterstützen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Frühstück gabs bei mir ab 8 und ist auch gut. Gerne wieder
