"The room is big and nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing was that, someone knocked at our door at 20.00\. I was brushing the teeth and thought who was it as we didn't know anyone in Albania. Before I made any response, the door was opened from outside by a staff. He was very surprised to see me and then he apologised. It terrified us as we are one mother and 2 kids. There is no inside locker on the door. "

"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service really stood out. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was way tooooo comfy! The hotel facilities were well maintained and offered everything you’d expect from a high quality stay.
