Villa Jakob is located in the village of Kringa, in the interior of Istria. This 4-bedroom villa can accommodate 9 people and has everything you need for a pleasant and carefree vacation. Swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, summer kitchen: everything you need in one place. All you have to do is gather your family or friends and an unforgettable vacation in Istria can begin.   
  
The interior of the villa covers 282 m² and consists of 2 floors - ground floor and 1st floor. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a living room with a fireplace and a dining room. In the extension there is a fully equipped, spacious kitchen where cooking will be a real pleasure. The space is dominated by light colors and wooden elements that create a warm and pleasant atmosphere. All rooms are air conditioned and there is underfloor heating for colder days.   
  
Of the 4 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and 3 are on the 1st floor. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and are furnished with double beds for maximum comfort. There are also large wardrobes for clothes and SAT TV so that each guest can have a private home theater. It is possible to place a baby cot in 1 bedroom. The bathrooms are modern and very spacious. They are equipped with a shower cabin, towels, hairdryer and toiletries. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.   
  
In addition to its elegant interior, Villa Jakob offers a variety of relaxation areas. On the upper terrace there is a large seating area with sofas and an outdoor whirlpool, ideal for unwinding with a glass of wine. On the terrace in front of the villa there is a 54 m² swimming pool with a smaller hydromassage pool, next to which there are deck chairs where you can soak up the warm rays of the Istrian sun. When the sun begins to rise, you can move to the gazebo, where you will find an alfresco dining area and a summer kitchen with a grill. At the end of the day, for ultimate relaxation, head to the villa's Finnish sauna.
