\- You must declare the actual number of guests. The finca may deny entry to unregistered persons.  
  
\- You must take care of the premises and furniture, and are responsible for any damage or replacements caused.  
  
\- The finca is not responsible for forgotten or lost personal items.  
  
\- You must behave respectfully and maintain the tranquility of the place.
