Perfectly designed to capture natural light, this beautiful space offers the ultimate retreat for a memorable vacation or a productive remote working experience. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the mountains, go on to explore captivating beauty of Lanzarote and finish the day watching the sun set over the waves from the terrace.

\- Studio with uninterrupted views to the ocean, the sunrise and sunset  
\- 1 cozy bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.  
\- Bright and airy living room perfect for relaxing with a TV.  
\- Kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious meal.  
\- Outdoor terrace area with breathtaking ocean and volcano views, with  
outdoor furniture.  
\- High-speed Wi-Fi (300 mbps) and an optional monitor upon request for those working remotely.  
\- Accommodates up to 2 guests comfortably, with sofa bed available for a third  
guest at an extra fee.  
\- Five-minute walk to the ocean, ideal for morning strolls or sunset views.  
\- Ice bath available on request, perfect for relaxation or sports recovery.  
\- No laundry machine, but we’re happy to assist with your laundry needs as our  
house is next door. (provided we are home during your stay)
