With 55 m² of living space on the ground floor, this accommodation is thoughtfully furnished and ideally suited for up to four guests. The flat features a separate bedroom with vinyl flooring and a cosy living room that includes a comfortable sofa corner and a modern dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator including freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and cutlery—ideal for guests wishing to prepare their own meals. A special highlight is the private terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, an electric grill, and a sunshade.
