The bed wasn't made with a top sheet or regular pillow case. The AC unit was in the living room, so you had to turn it way up to cool the bedroom. The living room was freezing and the bedroom was warm. There was an ant infestation . The host responded immediately when made aware of the issue. He got an exterminator there right away. Then there were dead ants everywhere. The property was very expensive for what you got. He didn't offer any kind of a refund for the ant issue. Also, the property is in the heart of Tillamook, which has a constant odor of cow feces. The stench was so bad, you couldn't enjoy the patio . Huge TV, comfortable bed in a dark bedroom, large walk-in closet and a fantastic shower and bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. Any solo traveler will be quite comfortable here. The sofa bed is as comfortable as one would expect. We are a family of three who stayed for just one night. Our stay would have been great, except the bed sizes were not specified correctly in the listing: the bedroom has a double and the sofa bed is a queen. We booked the unit based on the queen bed in the bedroom (we sleep on a king), so this rendered the unit nearly unusable for our particular family needs. We made due, but were very disappointed in this stay, the last of 5 VRBO stays on a 3 week trip. ##### Katie A. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house. It was well stocked with extra supplies available, if needed. The only difficulty was not receiving a code to enter the house. The house is just as cute as pictured. House was clean and cozy and just a short walk or drive to the Safeway and the hospital. And the owner was great - very responsive and helpful. I tried several times to use the code and the locking padlock symbol, without success.
