The space is compact but thoughtfully designed; photos show the layout clearly. Self-service includes coffee, toilet paper, and trash bags for your first night. Shops, restaurants, and Poppodium 013 are nearby. Night registration is required. 24/7 available via phone, we have no reception but work with friendly local-hosts and surveillance company !!City tax (tourism tax) required by this local government!!, payment request sent after booking due to variables. This villa is located right in the center of Tilburg. The train station is close by, which is convenient if you arrive by public transport. Traveling by car? No worries, there is also a parking garage at 1 minute walking distance. You can take a stroll into the center through one of the characteristic streets. This part of Tilburg is called the 'Dwaalgebied': the streets are just made to wander around. Here you will find everything from trendy boutiques and design stores to eateries and coffee shops. Just beyond that are the main shopping areas. The center is compact but versatile, which makes it the perfect destination for a day of shopping. There are two supermarkets within a five minute walk from the accommodation. Prefer to grab a bite somewhere? There’s plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. You could also cross the railway and head to the Spoorzone. This has been given a major upgrade in recent years and today you’ll find a lot of hotspots here for a local drink or a tantalizing dish. Are you heading to a party in the Spoorzone or a concert at Poppodium 013? A taxi won’t be necessary. Everything is within walking distance! I love to help guests get acquainted with all the beautiful nature, the delicious food and the conviviality that Brabant has to offer. When you’ve made your reservation I will share all my favorite spots with you. House Rental Agreement will be provided along with the arrival form that needs to be signed prior to check in. The building dates from 1920 but has recently been renovated. Such an old building preserves a timeless air of homeliness. But a little comfort is also important during your trip. This accommodation has the perfect combination. With its blend of traditional architecture and modern design, you will feel right at home! The bed is so comfortable that you’re tempted to stay under the duvet all day. Don't, because there is too much worth getting out of bed for in Tilburg! Then you better jump under the shower in the newly renovated bathroom. There is a shared kitchen at your disposal: you are welcome to use it for a cup of coffee to start your day, a breakfast or a healthy evening meal. It is equipped with everything you need! Self-service accommodation: but as a gift for the first night I put something down. Supermarket is a 1 minute walk away. Others also use the kitchen. I hope and expect that they also keep the kitchen clean, but please don't raise the bar :) The building is centrally located with convenient access to public transportation. It is close to popular attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and cafes, making it easy to explore the city and its surroundings. Public transit stops are just a short walk away, providing quick connections to the rest of the city. Stay at Harmony in hotel centrum Tilburg with a kitchen-equipped room — ideal and affordable for visiting the Efteling or Poppodium 013. \-Please note that our location near downtown also brings exposure to sounds from the city, including trains and traffic, which can be significant at times. \- The tourist tax will be charged separately and must be paid before check-in. \- It is not allowed to invite visitors without my permission. \- A check-in form with information must be filled out prior to arrival. \- Paid sex is not allowed (sorry). \- The kitchen is shared with others; I hope all guests will keep it clean, but please manage your expectations. Please read the house rules and policy carefully to prevent misunderstandings.
