Honestly it was disappointing - we paid for the premium room, and the room didn’t feature many of the amenities, rubbish on the floor from previous guests, door broken & the tv also didn’t work. Felt quite far from premium. We felt so welcome and safe. There were a couple of issues in our room, specifically the towel rail and toilet roll holder falling off the wall. The sliding bathroom door was also very rickety but the beds were so comfortable and our family room was perfect for us. The only other thing to mention was just outside of the hotel there were lots of bars which we didn’t hear any noise from but there was a lot of broken glass everywhere which with a 3 year old was a bit problematic. Not the hotel’s fault in the slightest but just something to watch out for. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved exploring Tilburg.
