The safe, beautiful community of San Antonio del Mar is one of the oldest and best known single family home communities in the Rosarito area. It has a great variety of architectural styles, including some historic architecture, which have been built up over time in a permissive building environment. San Antonio del Mar is a wonderfully varied cultural community with a mix of Mexicans, expatriate Americans and other diverse nationalities.

There’s never any speeding within the community because the streets are all cobblestone and contain numerous speed bumps. Parking is allowed along the streets.

This home with ocean views is located in a desirable area just three blocks from the beach, within blocks from two large community swimming pools, bath house, community tennis courts, and a three-acre park with playgrounds. San Antonio del Mar is famous for its beautiful beach and world-class surfing. It’s also an eco-tourism destination for whale watching cruises.

This home is walking distance to Mi Casa Supper Club restaurant. Come experience the incredible BajaMed cuisine; seafood such as grilled octopus, ceviche and shellfish, all kinds of tacos; asada, al pastor, suadero, carnitas, tripa, lengua!

Urban convenience is a highlight of this home. Just 10 minutes North of San Antonio del Mar is the border city of Tijuana with its rich culture, sports, concerts, museums, and tantalizing food, tequila and microbrewery scene. Rosarito Beach is just 10 minutes South of San Antonio del Mar and offers gorgeous beaches, restaurants and shops.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared rooftop, patios, and garden areas.
The garage is available upon request for an additional fee of $15 USD per night.
Free street parking is available anywhere on the street.
Guests also have access to the community parks, swimming pools and tennis courts located just a few blocks away.

Rich in old world charm, this multi-level beach house in Baja is one of the quintessential original San Antonio Del Mar homes. Still owned and operated by the original family, this home shines with love and attention to detail. There is a peaceful environment; a feeling of comfort and a relaxed life by the sea.

This home is just three blocks from the ocean, in a safe and gated community between Tijuana and Rosarito, just 15 minutes south of the US border. Guests will have access to many community amenities, including two swimming pools with tennis courts (3 and 5 blocks from the house). As well as a three-acre park just 2 blocks from the house.

Originally a two-story family home, this gem was built and expanded over the years to include courtyard gardens and a large roof terrace. The house was later subdivided into four separate apartments, which now function as individual rentals.

This upper level studio apartment has one bathroom, a dining room and a living room. The exterior common areas, rooftop terrace and garden patio within the home's walls total 1,500 square feet.

Striking artistic features include; stained glass windows, beautiful wall art, custom wrought iron stair railings and handrails, custom pebble tiles on the stairway, gorgeous chandeliers and antique light fixtures, and vibrant murals on the rooftop deck and garage door. This unique home has been adorned with so many amazing touches over the years.

The house has fiber optics, high speed WiFi up to 500 mbps.

Rooftop:
The huge roof top deck has a BBQ grill, fire pit and beautiful sunset views overlooking the ocean. Guests will find tranquility on this rooftop terrace, amid salty breezes and glorious golden ocean sunsets.

The incredible mural of a galactic whale, swimming through bioluminescent seas adds an element of magic. The galactic whale mural was painted by global street artist Dual Hem. Gather with friends for evening cocktails, grill steaks and veggies on the BBQ, enjoy conversations around the bonfire, or enjoy nightly stargazing; this is really truly a lovely space.

Kitchen/Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen has luxury vinyl plank flooring and modern appliances including gas range, full size refrigerator and kitchen sink. There is a pantry and plenty of cabinet storage.

Garden Terrace:
The side patio has a landscaped terrace with pots and flower beds filled with beautiful plants, flowers and herbs. This shaded garden terrace has ocean views, patio chairs, and a cable reel table. This is a serene place to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the fragrance of frangipani and pineapple sage.

Living room/Bedroom/Bathroom:
This home has a queen size bed and a bathroom with a shower just off the living room. To accommodate larger groups in this spacious home, an air mattress can be provided upon request. Guests can place air mattress as they wish on one side of the living room.

- Additional air mattresses are available. Clean sheets, extra blankets and pillows are also available.

- It should be noted that the community pool has public toilets and showers.

Garage:
The garage is not included in the reservation, but can be reserved for an additional charge of $15/night. Guests will be dazzled by the vibrant mural of mysterious seaweed and aquatic life on our garage door! This charming mural was painted by local artist Carlos Delgado. Please submit an inquiry in advance to reserve the one car garage.

Outside Amenities:
San Antonio Del Mar is famous for its private, mile-long beautiful beach, its world class surfing and water sports. This historic, planned community features a huge ocean-front swimming pool and tennis courts on Calle Isla (just 4 blocks from the property), a second swimming pool and tennis court on Calle Farallon (just 6 blocks from the property) and a three- acre park with green space and playgrounds (just 2 blocks from the property). Guests at this home will have access to all of these enjoyable amenities.

For the golfers, the Real Del Mar golf course is located just across from the northern entrance of San Antonio Del Mar. If Real Del Mar's 18 hole, par 72 isn't enough for you, the celebrated Baja Mar Golf Course is a 45 -minute drive along the scenic toll road, just 15 minutes north of Ensenada. Baja Mar is a 27-hole course perched on cliffs of the Pacific Ocean.

Having a car is a must to get around. There are private taxis that will pick up and drop off in San Antonio, we recommend asking the security guard at the entrance to recommend you a cab driver.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. A fine of $350 USD will be applied for bringing pets.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $250 USD fine.

Security cameras: The house is equipped with exterior security cameras for your safety. Covering or tampering with them is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

Check-in procedure: Guests must register with the guard at the gatehouse, leave a drivers license, and receive a temporary parking pass. To retrieve your ID, simply return the temporary pass to the guard.

Community security: This is a gated community with 24/7 security guards on patrol and stationed at both the north and south entrances.

House rules: Loud gatherings are not allowed. This home is intended to be a peaceful retreat for enjoying the surf, fresh ocean breezes, and the culinary delights of Baja California with your loved ones. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 adult guests and children; beyond that, the space may feel a bit tight.
