It would be awesome if guests were allowed to use the bonfire and grill! Also the water heater you have to open the kitchen faucet in order for the hot water to work. Due to not having air conditioning the apartment smelled. Overall the apartment is nice but seems like it’s still needs some work to be done. I like the mirror in the master bedroom it had a cut wire and it was falling off the wall.
