Magnificent pleasant and comfortable apartment completely renovated at the foot of the slopes.  
  
In a chalet, this pretty 37m² apartment is located in the ski resort of Tignes, near the lake. This quiet 1BR apartment consists of a kitchen open to a bright living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. This apartment can accommodate 5 people.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in the ski resort of Tignes, perfect for enjoying your ski holiday but also in summer for your stay in the mountains.  
Ski slope - tire-buttocks: 3 minutes on foot  
Shops and restaurants: 5 minutes on foot  
  
The apartment has a terrace (without furniture) with a view of the lake, only when it is not snowing.  
  
Living room: TV - high quality sofa bed (160x200)  
Open kitchen: fridge - kettle - toaster - Nespresso - dishwasher - combined microwave  
Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (2 x 90) and a trundle bed (1 x 90). We specify that this room has no window but a canopy over the living room and ventilation.  
Bathroom: shower - separate wc - hair dryer - washer-dryer.  
  
The apartment has a free high-speed wifi internet connection as well as collective heating.  
Equipment : We provide a ski boot/glove dryer (for 2 pairs).  
The apartment is on the ground floor but there are a few steps before you arrive in front of the door. Keys and badges will be given to you upon arrival.  
  
Additional services offered:  
Concierge opening hours: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Supplement of 50€ for arrivals outside these hours to be paid directly at check-in  
  
Bilingual customer service available.
