Studio of 25m² equipped for 4 people and located on the 5th floor with a lift in the "Pramecou" residence, in Tignes Val Claret. Close to the slopes and most amenities.  
South facing with a balcony.  
  
Included:  
Kitchen equipped with electric hobs, dishwasher and a microware  
Living room a trundle bed (double bed) and a TV  
Alcove in the entrance with a bunk bed (2single beds)  
Bathroom with toilet  
The ski locker is on the residence's groundfloor  
  
NON SMOKING flat  
Pets are refused  
classified 2\*\* as tourism accomodation

Winter : Enjoy a preferential rate on your ski lift pass Tignes & Val d’Isère.
