You will be staying in a 4-room maisonette with a total area of 100 square meters on the 1st floor. The property can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children, offering renovated, comfortable, and beautifully furnished living spaces. The open-concept layout features a large lounge area with a dining table, kitchen corner, and a flat-screen TV. Electric shutters are installed, and you can access the terrace from the lounge, which enjoys a south-facing position.  
  
Amenities Included  
The maisonette is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. These include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hair dryer. You'll also have access to free WiFi internet throughout the property. The unit is designated as a non-smoking area, and a smoke alarm is installed for your safety.  
  
Other Information  
The sleeping arrangements consist of one room with a single bed (80 cm wide, 190 cm long), one room with two bunk beds (80 cm wide, 190 cm long), and one room with a French bed (130 cm wide, 190 cm long). The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate shower room and a toilet room with a double hand basin on the main floor. The upper floor features one room with a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) and an en-suite shower/toilet, as well as another room with a French bed (160 cm wide, 190 cm long) and an en-suite bath/toilet.
