The check in and out process was easy. The host was also very responsive to messages and even concerns. The guests who were there before us used a lot of garbage and recycling so the bins outside were pretty full. The cleaning people who came before we checked in didn’t do the best job cleaning the floors or the dining table but when I informed the host about the cleanliness he responded immediately and apologized.
