The house is very attractive, roomy and beautifully appointed. Everything inside the home is new, or recently updated. The front porch was super comfortable, the kitchen large with excellent appliances, pots and pans, dishes, etc. The beds are really comfortable, and we were surprised at how large the bedrooms and bathrooms are, particularly for an older house. The upstairs was great for privacy and very comfortable, also. There is plenty of on street parking. The only negatives - the neighborhood is quite rundown (not dangerous, just tired; this is the nicest house around); the backyard could use a little sprucing up and a grill/outdoor furniture (though it's big and flat - great for cornhole); and the check-in, check-out hours are limiting. You can't check in until 4PM and have to leave by 10PM - that's an 18 hour reservation, and makes it difficult to do anything the morning that you check out (except get the house cleaned up). Kids toys, games and books were perfect for our 6 and 8 year old kids. The 3rd floor bonus room was fantastic equipped with large couch, big screen TV, foosball table and full bath. Dining room table could seat 10\. Front porch was a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset.
